I had a very frustrating experience in my attempt to order boots online from Brownsville Hardware. After 2.5 weeks of waiting for boots to arrive, I called to discover they had been on "back order". I was then told they would be rushed shipped and I would be emailed a tracking number. Two days later I never received a tracking number. Called a couple more times to find out that the boots were discontinued and was refunded. 3 weeks, many phone calls, and a total waste of my energy for nothing.
Very unprofessional place people that work there are very rude and try to be Little Women just to make yourself feel better the older gentleman downstairs that works in the service department is very very ignorant and loves to belittle women take your business elsewhere they don't deserve it
Great Hardware store and more. Everything in hardware, and complete lawn and garden equipment center. Great staff, helpful and friendly.
Knowledgeable staff. And they've got all your Stihl needs. They're service department really knows what they are doing.
